The Surfrider Foundation is a globally active non-profit organization dedicated to the protection of lakes, rivers, oceans, waves, and coasts. With a strong team of motivated ocean enthusiasts and an indispensable network of volunteers, we manage to make a difference through collective actions.

What the Surfrider Foundation has going on in 2024

Our work focuses on the issues of marine litter, water quality, and climate change and the associated changes in coastal areas. In 2024, our focus will be on quantifiable clean-ups, water testing, Europe-wide lobbying efforts, as well as local and international campaigns.
